New ski-jumping center in Xinjaing, China
At last, the COVID restrictions were lifted, allowing our installation team to travel to Xinjiang, China, without quarantine limitations that had previously complicated logistics. This ambitious project, located in the far west of China, near the borders of Kazakhstan and Mongolia, included the construction of four ski-jumping hills (K18, K37, K70, and K95).
As a greenfield investment, this project required smart design solutions and cost-effective engineering—and TopSpeed delivered. We contributed to the technical design, cost optimization of the main structure, installation of landing area plastic mats, and in-run tracks (three ice tracks and one ceramic track).
These ski-jumping hills stand out as the most cost-effective project we have ever seen. The self-bearing steel construction, combined with locally prefabricated components, made installation both efficient and affordable. Thanks to seamless integration between design and execution, our in-run track system fit perfectly, ensuring top-tier performance and longevity.
Another landmark project completed, further reinforcing TopSpeed’s reputation for excellence in ski-jumping innovation!
